Welcome to AAO Leadership Academy
AAO Leadership Academy (Against All Odds) is a community-based organization founded by Natalie Freeman in Dallas, GA. AAO Leadership Academy was established to address the growing number of children at risk of academic failure in Paulding County and surrounding communities. Ms. Freeman felt compelled to develop an income based, quality after-school program that would be accessible to all children regardless of their inability to pay. AAO Leadership Academy will maximize the academic potential and success rates of each child regardless of the risk factors involved. From early childhood to secondary education, AAO is committed to changing the lives of children one child at a time. Our vision is to develop a community outreach center with a variety of programs that will guide struggling children and youth to succeed educationally, socially, physically, mentally and spiritually. AAO Leadership Academy will provide, tutoring, computer literacy training, art, music, and sports programs along with other enrichment opportunities to enhance each student’s creativity and learning capabilities.
OUR GOAL
The intent of our endeavors is to cross racial, social, economic and educational barriers by providing disenfranchised families with exceptional after-school programs. Our programs are guaranteed to increase the number of children meeting, or exceeding, statewide educational standards in all subject areas. Our services will be income based or free to those who qualify. AAO will offer year-round services to ensure continued educational, physical, mental, spiritual and social growth.
